What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

The ceremony will be held at the Altamonte Chapel in Altamonte Springs, FL. Doors will open at 4:00PM, but we suggest you get there 15-30 minutes early to accommodate for parking and traffic.

Our reception will be held at the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey in Maitland, FL, just a quick 10-minute drive from the Chapel. The reception will begin at 5:30PM and food will be served at 6:00PM.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for around an hour. Guests can drive over to the reception hall (about 10 minutes away) where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with music and cake cutting to follow.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy. Since our reception will take place partially outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes.

Our color scheme is dark green, black, white, and silver, for those who would like to color coordinate!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony venue is indoors, but there will be some traveling to the reception and part of the reception area will be outdoors. Florida weather can sometimes be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing an umbrella – just in case!

When is the RSVP deadline?

August 1st, but please contact us directly if you need any additions or changes after the deadline.

Can I bring someone?

Sure! We just ask that you contact us if you plan to bring more than one extra person. Our wedding will be small, and we want to make certain that we will be able to accommodate everyone.

What type of food will be served during the reception?

We will have a buffet style selection of appetizers and entrees available during the reception, with a little bit of something for everyone. If you have any special dietary restrictions in your party, please let us know.

Will there be an open bar?

We will have a self-serve area with refreshments available.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures or to take photos using our photographer, who will be onsite.

Do you have a registry?

Yes! We’ve opted for a cash registry because it will be the most helpful in helping us plan for our honeymoon, our new cohabitation, and maybe someday, to own our own home! Thank you so much for your gift, our gratitude cannot be expressed in words, and we are so honored and humbled to have such a loving and supportive family.

If you can’t contribute, please don’t feel pressured! We are immensely happy just to have you there on our special day.
